deep poems is not an open community forum where everybody can write and edit their content online. deep poems has few simple formalities for hosting content to provide the best out of our vision. You can join as a member by sending any of your talents to us via email to: content@deeppoems.org

So, the way to host your content is to send your works to us as attachments, or refer to your ftp domain where the works are hosted... so that deep poems team will go through the content and if it is worth to host in deeppoems.org, then you can be accepted as a member! This whole process is just for hosting healthy content to provide good service to our visitors! 'deep poems' always tries to provide maximum privacy to your content.

Formats to send:

If you are interested to send poems / articles / documents in English, you can send them in Microsoft Word (.doc) or Notepad (.txt) format.

For any other Languages except English, please type your content in Unicode/UTF-8 format and send to us in Unicode converted .doc or .txt files. Please refer http://www.wikipedia.org/ for more information on Unicode conversion of your Font.

If you don't know classical typing in your Indian language, deep poems recommends Baraha for typing in and simply save and send the Baraha file (.BRH) to us, we'll take care to convert that into needed format. Or you can even use Indian Language Converter for writing your content in unicode format and then send to us.

# We recommend you to please check for any spelling / grammatical errors in your work before you send to us, so that we can serve you better and faster.

To send any paintings / arts to us, please make sure that your art work is scanned properly with good quality. You can send high-quality .jpg or .bmp or .tiff or .tga or .png files. For any digital arts, you can even send in Maya .iff or any other 3D - rendered formats.

For voice tags/songs, we accept .mp3 format or windows media audio .wmv format or good quality real-media .rm format; and Videos to be hosted in .wmv / .flv formats; or you can even send the ftp URL where your high-resolution video files are stored, so that, our team can convert them into high quality flash video format hostable in our website!

You can always send flash files as .fla / .swf but not .exe !

No adult content or anti-social activity content is allowed in this site.

Administrator's decision is final regarding hosting / rejecting the stuff we get. Proper feedback will be sent to required people in few days and no reply is sent back if your content is not going to publish.
